Mechanical Repair

Precision mechanical repair is the foundation of reliability for vehicles, simulators, and other systems. Across our service and production sites, we combine CNC centers, component refurbishment stations, and consumable parts stock, so that worn parts with no manufacturer support regain factory-level operating parameters.

03 — Workshop and production facilities

Two locations and a mobile service container

Our repair and production workshops are located in two sites — near Wrocław and in Dęblin. Work is carried out in partnership with recognized technology partners on the Polish and international markets.

Repair workshop / Wrocław

The workshop near Wrocław sits on a 10,050 m² concrete yard and comprises three warehouse/production/service halls (roughly 3,000 m² of floor space in total). Inside, a new 25-ton overhead crane and a jib crane are installed for safe lifting of engines, gearboxes, generator sets, and other heavy components. The infrastructure is completed by a clean assembly zone and test stations for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Production facility / Dęblin

The Dęblin production workshop features a complex of halls totaling over 60,000 m², equipped with paint shops, climate chambers, and CNC machining centers dedicated to aviation and military components. The plant holds certified stations for engine service, repair, and refurbishment, supported by NDT labs and dynamic testing stations. This extensive infrastructure enables MRO and upgrade projects on a 24/7 basis — for both the Polish Armed Forces and NATO forces.

Mobile service container

We adapted an ISO 1C service container specifically for inspection and repair of containerized field power plants and Cummins generator sets used by the Polish Armed Forces and the US Army. On board are testers, a computerized diagnostic station for control systems, and a stock of spare parts for the QSB/QSX engine series. A dedicated 30 kVA generator, tropical-class air conditioning, and an LTE/SAT link enable fully autonomous operation and communication.

04 — Refurbishment and manufacturing methods

Workshop technologies

Metal part manufacturing

  • Machining on 5-axis centers (2600 × 1500 × 1200 mm).
  • Water-jet cutting (2000 × 1000 × 160 mm, 1500 kg/m² table load).
  • Manufacturing of rigid pipe assemblies (steel, stainless steel, Al alloys) φ4 – φ20 mm.

Refurbishment and mechanical machining

  • Milling, turning (Ø max 930 mm, L 2000 mm).
  • Shaft grinding (Ø max 300 mm × 250 mm, L 800 mm) and bore grinding (Ø 25 mm × 200 mm).
  • Honing (Ø 25 – 200 mm, L max 500 mm).
  • Subsonic cold spray and hot HVOF powder coating.
  • Heat treatment of steel and aluminum alloys.

Welding and joining

  • TIG, MAG, and plasma welding of steel, titanium, aluminum.
  • Soft and hard soldering, spot welding.

Surface treatment

  • Ultrasonic/immersion cleaning (up to 600 × 600 × 600 mm).
  • Chemical and electrochemical cleaning.
  • Plastic bead and aluminum-oxide blasting.
  • Aluminizing (diffusion aluminum coatings).
  • Vibratory and hydro-polishing.
  • Paint and enamel coating removal by plastic media blasting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you make prototype parts that aren't in the manufacturer's spares catalog?

Yes — we select the material and process, and manufacture single-unit parts or refurbishments while preserving the original tolerances. This allows even unique components to return to service without hunting for replacements.

What is the typical turnaround time for mechanical repairs?

We repair standard components within 7–9 business days. Work involving prototyping and full unit refurbishment takes longer but usually does not exceed 30 business days. For critical assemblies, we offer a 48-hour express mode with door-to-door delivery.

What is the typical lead time for a custom-manufactured part?

The full production cycle for small parts and low-volume runs is typically 30 business days. For complex projects (e.g., components used in large flight simulator systems), this can sometimes reach up to 3 months.

Can you work at foreign bases, on training grounds, or at airfields?

Yes — we operate a mobile service container equipped with a mini-CNC, welding unit, mechanical support facilities, and consumable parts stock, which we deploy to bases at home and abroad. This lets us carry out some repairs on-site at the customer's location, without transport to our facility — particularly for containerized field power plants and generator sets.
