OEM Hub
European service and logistics support for manufacturers of defense, aerospace and security systems. We reduce downtime, simplify logistics, and provide end users with local support in Europe — without the need to ship every unit outside the continent.

01 — Concept
A single European support point for OEMs
For many international manufacturers, supporting military, government and industrial customers in Europe is a major organizational challenge. Equipment often has to be returned to the United States or another location outside Europe for diagnostics, repair, warranty decisions or replacement.
This extends turnaround time, increases transport risk, complicates customs documentation and causes longer equipment downtime.
A&D Serwis offers manufacturers a local European support platform that can act as an authorized service, repair and logistics partner. Our role is to keep equipment mission-ready as close as possible to the end user, while maintaining the technical standards, documentation requirements and configuration control defined by the manufacturer.
02 — Scope of support
Repair operations and logistics operations in a single model
Repair operations
We support manufacturers with diagnostics, electronics repair, module replacement, fault identification and service support for specialized equipment.
- Equipment intake and verification of the reported fault
- Electronics and module diagnostics
- Component-level and PCB-level repairs
- LRU / SRU module replacement
- Firmware and configuration handling in line with OEM procedures
- Functional and acceptance testing
- Technical reports on work performed
- Warranty and post-warranty repair support
Logistics operations
An effective service hub requires efficient, predictable logistics. We combine repair capability with spare-parts handling, RMA and equipment flow management.
- RMA handling for European customers
- Storage of spare parts and equipment
- Management of replacement units and swap units
- Kitting of parts and shipment to users
- Coordination of transport and customs documentation
- Shipments to military, government and industrial customers
- Reporting on repair status and parts availability
- Support for users across the European Union and Ukraine
The scope of work is agreed with the manufacturer on a case-by-case basis and can be expanded in stages — from basic diagnostics and logistics support to deeper repair levels, access to documentation, training and service authorization.
03 — Benefits for manufacturers
Why build a European support base with A&D Serwis
01
Faster customer support in Europe
Local diagnostics, repair and RMA handling shorten response times and improve customer service quality. Selected cases can be resolved without sending every unit outside Europe.
02
Reduced logistics burden
A&D Serwis can take over part of the RMA, spare-parts, warehousing, shipping and reporting processes, relieving the manufacturer of day-to-day support for European customers.
03
Higher equipment availability
For customers in the defense and security sector, equipment downtime directly affects operational readiness. The European hub helps keep critical systems available where they are needed.
04
A model that scales in stages
Cooperation can start with basic logistics support, diagnostics and spare parts, then grow toward authorized repairs, warranty handling, field support and full lifecycle support.
05
Support for Europe, Ukraine and the Gulf region
The OEM Hub model is prepared to support manufacturers operating in Europe, including on NATO's eastern flank, in Ukraine, and for system operators in the Gulf region, where speed, reliability and local coordination are critical.
06
Lower costs without re-export
Equipment repaired locally within the EU does not need to be re-exported to the US, Canada or Australia — meaning lower duties, freight costs and less customs paperwork. A shared parts base and a single service provider reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) of equipment across the customer's European fleet.
04 — Target manufacturers
Sectors and equipment categories covered by the model
The OEM Hub model is especially valuable for manufacturers supplying:
- Military electronics
- Aviation systems and ground support equipment
- Simulators and training systems
- C5ISR and communications systems
- EOD and C-IED equipment
- Portable X-ray and inspection systems
- Robotics and unmanned systems
- Sensors, surveillance and reconnaissance systems
- Test and diagnostic equipment
- Security technologies with operational significance

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does A&D Serwis replace the OEM manufacturer?
No. A&D Serwis does not replace the manufacturer. We act as a local service and logistics partner in Europe, within the scope agreed with the OEM. Our role is to shorten support times, simplify logistics, and support end users closer to where the equipment is used.
Does the cooperation model require full service authorization from day one?
No. Cooperation can be developed in stages. Initially, we can handle logistics, RMA, spare-parts warehousing, preliminary diagnostics or selected technical tasks. Deeper repair levels, warranty support and service authorization can be introduced gradually after training, access to documentation and OEM approval of procedures.
What types of equipment can be supported under the OEM Hub?
The model is designed for manufacturers of defense, aerospace, security and specialized technology systems. It covers, among others, military electronics, inspection systems, EOD/C-IED equipment, robotics, sensors, communication systems, simulators, test equipment, aviation equipment and components requiring rapid support in Europe.
Can the hub support customers in Ukraine?
Yes. The OEM Hub is designed to support customers across Europe, including on NATO's eastern flank and in Ukraine. The scope of support for Ukraine depends on manufacturer requirements, export regulations, logistics conditions and the agreed cooperation model.
Can A&D Serwis store spare parts and replacement units?
Yes. Under the logistics model, we can manage a warehouse of spare parts, replacement units, swap units, service kits, and a controlled flow of equipment between the manufacturer, A&D Serwis and the end user.
Can A&D Serwis carry out warranty repairs?
Yes, if agreed with the manufacturer. Warranty support requires defining procedures, the level of authorization, reporting rules, access to parts, technical documentation and the process for making warranty decisions.
What does starting the cooperation look like?
We usually start with a short technical and business discussion, signing an NDA, and defining the products to be supported in Europe. We then define the scope of services, repair levels, the RMA process, and requirements for spare parts, documentation, training and reporting.
Can A&D Serwis act as the European point of contact for OEM customers?
Yes. We can act as the local point for intake, RMA coordination, logistics support, service communication and technical support for end users in Europe — in accordance with the rules agreed with the manufacturer.
What are the main benefits for OEMs?
Shorter support times for European customers, lower costs and transport risks, simplified logistics, better equipment availability, local user support, and the ability to gradually build a European service presence without building infrastructure from scratch.
Can the cooperation cover only logistics, without repairs?
Yes. The model can be tailored to the manufacturer's needs. Cooperation can cover logistics, parts warehousing, RMA and replacement-unit handling only, or it can be expanded to include diagnostics, repairs, testing and technical support.
Can you repair equipment for which technical documentation no longer exists?
Yes. Our engineering team performs independent functional analysis and reverse engineering, enabling us to restore functionality even to devices without active manufacturer support or with withdrawn documentation. We also manage obsolescence (outdated components) under lifecycle contracts.
Do you service equipment under license or with confidential status?
Yes. We hold the appropriate permits, licenses and organizational/technical safeguards enabling us to work with licensed and confidential equipment in compliance with applicable Polish law and the audit requirements of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA), AQAP 2110 and ISO 9001:2015.
