A&D Serwis is a 60-strong team combining expertise in military and industrial electronics, simulator maintenance, automation, mechanics, HVAC, IT, and logistics and service project management.
Over 30 years of experience
Since 2016 we have been working with the Polish Armed Forces — the Land Forces, Air Force, special units, and Logistics Bases — as well as airports and companies licensed to trade in military equipment.
We also support international clients — operating across Europe, the USA, and Arab countries.

Founded in Wrocław, repairing CRT and LCD monitors.
- 1998 – 2000
Service authorizations from Proview, TECO, and JETWAY COMPUTER B.V.
- 2003
Expansion of technological facilities with funding from the Phare program.
- 2005 – 2010
Business expanded to include repairs of laptops, tablets, and all-in-one computers.
- 2010 – 2014
Establishment of industrial, medical, and military electronics divisions.
- 2012 – 2018
Collaboration with Wrocław University of Science and Technology on BGA research, X-ray and thermal-imaging diagnostics. Establishment of an electronics laboratory for endoscopic, X-ray, and thermal-imaging inspection.

Professional preparation for operating in the defense sector (certifications).
- 2016
Repairs of PCBs, computers, and electronic assemblies in military equipment; obtained MSWiA license B-049/2019 and NCAGE 9AJDH, AQAP 2110:2016, and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
- 2017
Repairs of EOD robots, mine detectors, and X-ray systems, plus the first battery regenerations in military equipment; built a dynamometer test bench, purchased a diagnostic vehicle and CNC machines (RPDS project).

Servicing of communications equipment and onboard electronics; developed an export strategy and obtained Apple certification (ACMT).
- 2019
Preventive maintenance of electronic components for armored forces.
- 2020
Deployment of AR/VR technology in military equipment service.
- 2021
Repairs of power supply units in flight simulators and full UPS system maintenance.
- 2022
Ongoing service contracts for a simulation center. Full support for repairs of visualization, avionics, and motion systems.
